These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Philly Rental License LLC, doing business as Philly Rental Buddy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We assist Philadelphia landlords with residential rental licensing through the Philadelphia Department of Licenses & Inspections (L&I), including initial applications, annual renewals, violation resolution, and lead certification coordination. We provide guidance and administrative assistance; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your properties and to respond promptly to requests needed to complete a filing. You remain responsible for the underlying condition and compliance of your properties and for any fees charged by the City of Philadelphia.
No guarantee of outcome
While we work to make every submission accurate and timely, licensing decisions are made by the City of Philadelphia. We do not guarantee a particular outcome or processing time.
Fees
Service fees are described at the time you engage us and are separate from any government fees. Government fees are billed as incurred.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service at issue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
